Forms

A form is a repeating sheet: rectifier inspection, loop check, pressure log. Forms belong to the active project.

Open Forms from the menu.

Link a form to the project

The list shows forms enabled on this project. Create or import a form, then keep it enabled on the project.

Fill

1. Open the form.
2. Pick a site. GPS lives on the site, not on every field.
3. Choose entry or survey when the form offers both.
4. Fill required fields. Number fields can come from Field capture or from a bound calculator.
5. Save the record.

Import and New

Import copies a shipped sheet (or a file you bring in) onto this project. New opens the editor. You can add number, text, choice, and other field types. Turn trend on for fields you want on Trends.

Domain color

Each shipped form sits in a job domain. That domain uses the same signal color as Tools.
