Fieldeng is an offline toolbox for field engineers and technicians. The phone is the instrument. You capture a reading at a location, about an asset when there is one, run a tool, read the formula, and keep the record. A record does not require a location or an asset.
No account. No cloud for core use. The app does not pass or fail a structure. It does not issue an engineering recommendation.

Capture at a location when you have one. A tool gives you a number. Diagnose observations add context. They are not a determination. The record is what you leave with.
