Diagnose
This tool does not attach diagnose observations.
Assumptions
- Leave hemisphere blank on UTM→geo to assume north. False northing 10,000,000 m in the south.
Provenance
- WGS84 ellipsoid, standard UTM scale 0.9996. Norway/Svalbard zone exceptions included on the forward conversion.
