Diagnose observations add context to a result. They are not a determination.
Some tools and some radio sessions attach diagnose notes to a result.
An observation might flag a missing input, a value outside a usual band, or something to look at. Severity is info, caution, or warning. Each calculator page lists the bands and thresholds that tool uses.
Diagnose does not pass or fail a structure. It does not approve a design. It does not certify a standard. You determine.
Camera and ML do not compute the engineering result. Formulas stay deterministic.
